Event Breakdown and Cleanup:
The morning after your celebration can be hectic, so we offer two optional services to simplify cleanup: You can either bring your friends and family to help pack and clean, with cleaning supplies provided, or opt for our additional cleanup service. Check out below two optional services we offer!
If anyone is looking for a wedding venue we highly recommend Evergreen Farms in Dayville CT! IT IS STUNNING! Jess was super helpful with everything and was there on our big day to help with details! The best thing (after looking at many venues) is that you can use your own everything!! We didn’t have to choose from only their preferred list. The blank slate helped us create our perfect style that reflected our dream wedding. From the rustic wood barn to the live edge tables… right down to the tiny details in the dressing rooms, bathrooms ect it was perfect!! Ideal for couples seeking a serene one-day setting for their wedding day. Enjoy the flexibility of hosting your ceremony and reception in a beautiful environment surrounded by nature.
11:00AM Arrival, rehearsal
11:30AM Decorating venue/Hair and makeup (if on site)
2:00PM First look and wedding party pictures

9:00PM Reception ends, vendors pack up, decorations taken down, venue cleaned**

**Subjected to paid Optional Services: Cleaning and Decoration removal.

Optional Service: Decorations
We understand how busy the morning after your celebration can be, so we offer a convenient service to take down your decorations for pickup on Sunday.
Decoration Take-Down Service
Fee: $200 (Due 30 days prior to the event)
Details: All decorations will be taken down by Evergreen Farms staff and boxed for your convenience.
Clients must provide boxes or containers for their items.
Clients will need to provide a written list of any items to be discarded.
Please note that Evergreen Farms is not responsible for any missing or damaged items.

Optional Service: General Cleaning
Our optional service will handle all the cleaning for you, so you only need to come back for your decorations!
General Cleaning Service
Fee: $500 (Due 30 days prior to the event)
Details: Removal of plates, utensils, cups, bottles, cans, and any waste not removed by the catering team.
Wipe down tables and any soiled surfaces.
Please be aware that additional charges will apply for cleaning beyond the normal scope.
